1. RETURN POLICY

Missoni USA, Inc. (“we”, “our”, “us”, “Missoni”) wants to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the products purchased from our site within thirty (30) days of the delivery date or, if you selected in-store pickup at the time of purchase, within thirty (30) days of picking up your order at the Missoni store.

The following products are non-returnable: fragrances, socks, and any other items marked as non-returnable on the product page.

Products purchased outside of the US are not returnable or exchangeable in the US.

All products sold by Missoni have an identification tag and disposable seal attached. These are considered integral parts of our products. We strongly recommend trying on items without removing the tag and seal. Returns missing the identification tag or disposable seal cannot be accepted.

We only accept returns for refund. We are unable to provide exchanges for different items.

To return a product, you can either:

  1. Fill out the online Return Form available here: Return Form or found online in the Customer Service area; or
  2. Call Customer Service to initiate the return process.

We will send you a confirmation email (the “Return Confirmation Email”) when we receive your return request. The products must be shipped back within fourteen (14) days of the date on the Return Confirmation Email.

You may use the prepaid shipping label provided by our returns carrier, or you may use any carrier of your choice. If you choose a different carrier than the one we provide, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. We also cannot guarantee the products against loss or damage during return shipping if you use a different carrier.

The cost of expedited shipping to you for the original order (if applicable) is not subject to refund.

2. RETURN CONDITIONS

Products must be returned in new, unused condition with all original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging. If a product appears worn, used, altered, or missing any original components compared to its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return or reduce the refund amount.

Examples of issues that may result in a reduced refund:

·     The product has been used, worn, damaged or washed

·     The identification tag or disposable seal is missing

·     Original packaging that is part of the product (e.g. dust bag) is not returned

If your return does not meet these conditions, we will contact you.

If a return is accepted for a reduced refund due to any of the above reasons, we will notify you by email. Alternatively, you can choose to have the product shipped back to you at your own expense. If you decline the return shipment, Missoni reserves the right to retain the product and deduct the indicated reduced refund amount.

If the return shipment is refused, Missoni reserves the right to keep the product and deduct the indicated reduced refund amount based on the product's diminished condition.

3. TIMEFRAME AND PROCEDURES FOR REFUNDS

After receiving your return, we will inspect it to confirm all return conditions are met.

If the return is accepted in full, you will receive a confirmation email.

If the products have a noticeable reduction in value, we will email you the amount that will be deducted from your refund.

Regardless of your original payment method, Missoni will initiate the full or partial refund as soon as possible, and within thirty (30) days of receiving your return. We may withhold issuing the refund until the return meets all requirements in our Terms and Conditions and Return Policy.

When you make a return of an online purchase, you will receive the refund via the same payment method you used for the purchase. The actual timing of the refund will depend on your payment method. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to be processed by your financial institution.
