Return Policy

You can decide to return any product purchased on www.missoni.com within 14 days from the date of delivery.


Here's how:

1. fill in the online Return Form by accessing this page

2. make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with all tags attached, otherwise we will not be able to accept your return and issue a refund

3. stick the pre-printed and prepaid label on the original box (or on another one that is equally strong) so as to cover the outgoing label

4. request the collection at the link https://mydhl.express.dhl: the courier will come and collect the parcel where and when you prefer.


Your return will be insured in the event of theft or loss during transit.


You can only ship your return from the country where you placed your order.

If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the parcel will be sent back to you and the refund will not be made.


It is not possible to return fragrances, underwear and swimwear.

Refunds

We usually accept the return within 3 working days after the delivery date to our warehouse. At peak times it can take up to 7 business days. Upon acceptance, we will immediately request a refund and send you a confirmation email.


Refund times vary according to the payment method chosen:


Credit card: our bank will refund you within 7 working days of the Return Acceptance Confirmation email. The time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on the card issuer.


PayPal: the refund will be visible on the PayPal account within 24 hours of the Return Acceptance Confirmation email.


Klarna: it can take up to 14 days for refunds to process and the balance of your connected payment method to update.
