People at the Show

A look at the parterre of the Men’s S/S 2015 fashion show

A tribute to the lifestyle of the Bohemian surfer: this is the concept of the show that was held yesterday afternoon at the Fabbrica del Vapore in Milan. For the Men’s Summer 2015 fashion week, the colours of North African nature came to life in the outfits and the décor of the venue, transporting Sumirago’s traditional knitwear to timeless atmospheres.

This was a journey to distance places that began with the Men’s S/S 2014 collection worn by guests at the show, such as Nico Vascellari and Karl E. Guerre, who chose tops and shirts in shades of blue and midnight blue, while Jesse Metcalfe and Guido Taroni went with terracotta tones for their shirt and jacket.

The inspiration of distant countries revisited in a pop mode and blended with the lettering of the logo for the Summer 2014 collection was also the leitmotif for women, and Georgia Tal, Gilda Ambrosio and Linda Tol turned to pencil skirts with different types of workmanship and matching accessories, for an elegant and high-power look.

Mesh starred in the looks chosen by Miriam Giovanelli, Zhanna Bianca and Giulia Tordini, who wore knit skirts and coordinated tops, with an interplay of contrasts between nuances and high-impact colour blocking.
