Missonize Milan 

Created almost as a game, the Instagram initiative of “Missonizing” the monuments and architecture of Milan for the Salone del Mobile has been a surprising success. Here are all the pictures

Missonize Milan. Anticipating the Salone del Mobile in Milan, graphic designer Federico Maccapani had fun creating buzz with the editorial staff of Missoni Moments and virtually covered the city of design with Missoni graphics and patterns.

 

 

From space-dye patterns on the Arco della Pace to the Missoni logo amidst the spires of the Duomo, the initiative – initially only for Instagram users (hashtag #missoniwonderland) – quickly turned into a fun online obsession.

 

 

It is a tribute to Milanese monuments and architecture, from the most classic to the most recent, viewed through the playful eye that distinguishes the world of Missoni.
