Which payment methods are accepted?
Missoni accepts major payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal and Klarna. The amount will be charged only after the order is confirmed. The currency will be the one displayed at checkout.

When will I receive my order?
Delivery times vary depending on the selected shipping method and range from a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 6 business days from shipment.

How can I return an item?
You may return items free of charge within 14 days of delivery or collection. Before submitting a request, please ensure that the items are in their original condition, undamaged and with all tags attached.
You can do so in three ways:

How do I prepare my return package?
Apply the prepaid return label over the original shipping label and seal the package. If you did not receive a return label, please contact Customer Service. Then, drop off the package at the nearest collection point or contact the courier to schedule a pickup at your preferred address and time.
Please note: the return must be handed over to the courier within 14 days from the date the return request is submitted. Returns can only be shipped from the country where the order was placed.
Can I exchange an item?
No, exchanges are not currently available. You may return the item and place a new order.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please submit a return request and report the issue to Customer Service, who will assist you with the procedure.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the return has been received and verified, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Timing may vary depending on the payment method used. If the return does not comply with our conditions, the item will be sent back to you.
Can I return an online purchase in a boutique?
