Missoni Moments Making Magic

Fashion Knitwear

A new book is coming out with a series of double-pages dedicated to Missoni knitwear

It is called Fashion Knitwear and was written by professor and designer Jenny Udale and published by Laurence King Publishing.

256 pages discuss 40 knitwear designers including Missoni, focusing not just on the product, but the value and origin of the inspiration through interviews and archival research.

Knitwear today is a wonderful mixture of styles and techniques, from beautiful, seamless computer-generated fabrications to extreme sculptural shapes crafted with two needles by hand.” (Jenny Udale)
