Alberta studied art in Siena and Rome but never abandoned photography.Her mentors include Giovanni Gastel, Lorenzo Castore and Michael Ackerman. She worked as the photo editor for CASAMICA, supplement for the Corriere della Sera, for two years.

She now works as a freelance photographer and photo editor.She is passionate about images. As of late, she carefully looks within those she’s photographing, like a mirror of the soul. She searches for stories about life and starts with light.
